In August 2023, I assumed project management for a complete rebuild and launch of the Genius Homes website. From the approval of the PDF designs to the launch of the live website, the project took 4 months to complete launched on November 30th 2023.
I was responsible for leading weekly meetings with colleagues, reviewing their work and providing feedback. Working alongside a developer, graphic designer, and copywriter to assist me when necessary on this project.
Over 60 website pages were revamped with copy and imagery, and 20 automated emails were updated to new templates on brand.
A number of tools were used to complete this project, including Figma, Hubspot CMS (website host), Photoshop, Illustrator, model viewers, and Vectary.
My role consisted of working closely with the client on a weekly basis, including multiple weekly Zoom calls as we worked through the stages of website creation and approval.
